This web-site is dedicated to those who are serious about working with a TEAM of financial professionals and ready to take control of their financial future.

Whether you're a business owner, working professional, at or nearing retirement, it's never too early or too late to develop a personalized financial strategy.

PHILOSOPHY
I believe that other than one's health and well being, people are most interested in making their hard earned dollars work to achieve their financial goals and objectives in the most tax efficient manner. I also believe that they understand that no one person can know everything about the complex and ever changing issues impacting their financial decisions. With this in mind I commit to forming a team of professionals to assist my clients in planning their risk management and investment strategies. Financial professionals that are experienced in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, business succession planning, corporate benefits planning, and investment planning will become team members as needed. These associates have over fifty years of combined experience with credentials such as Certified Public Accountant, Attorney At Law, and Certified Financial Planner. (TM)

APPROACH
I work with successful people to help them clarify and understand the importance of having a trusted advisor, or better yet, a team of financial professionals working together in a coordinated manner. At an initial meeting, we begin the process of identifying and prioritizing financial goals and objectives. Based on this discussion, we will develop a customized plan to meet those determined needs and wants. Once the strategy has been created, we will outline several options of implementation. As a registered representative of AXA ADVISORS, LLC, and an insurance agent of AXA NETWORK, LLC, and its subsidiaries, I offer a variety of financial products and services that are designed to help you work toward a more successful financial future.

New Opportunity Under the Federal Gift Tax

The 2010 Tax Relief Act raised the lifetime gift-tax exclusion to $5 million. This means it could be a good time to make the most of tax-free gift transfers. If so, it's important to understand the annual and lifetime gift exemption limits, as well as which gifts might not be subject to them.

Another Year, Another AMT Patch

The 2010 Tax Relief Act adjusted AMT exemption levels for 2010 and 2011 to help prevent an estimated 21 million middle-income taxpayers from being subject to the alternative minimum tax. Will Congress enact another patch for 2012?

Finding a Good Time to Invest

When a prominent stock market index closes above an important threshold, many investors who have been sitting on the sidelines may see it as good time to invest, but they may have missed a significant part of the rally. Waiting for the "right" moment to invest could prove to be a costly and ineffective strategy.
